Inspired by the concept of floating volumes, the development features a series of housing units arranged in perpendicular strips, framing a central communal space and maximizing views of the ocean horizon.
The residences, envisioned as suspended boxes, are connected by lightweight bridges that enhance the sense of levitation and visual continuity. This design merges modern aesthetics with functionality, prioritizing a northern orientation to optimize natural light and ventilation while incorporating elevated terraces that offer breathtaking ocean panoramas.
The project redefines the relationship between architecture and its surroundings, offering a unique coastal living experience.
